Guys & the "uniform"

I remember I used to get excited every time I saw a guy in designer jeans (it rarely ever happened). Now, that has changed, just about EVERY guy I see out has a designer label on his pockets...don't get me wrong I love a guy who knows how to rock designer duds; but it has become the uniform. You know the uniform: designer jeans (usually True Religion), designer kicks, overpriced screen-printed tee (usually Ed Hardy), hair perfectly cut into a faux hauk (with highlights/lowlights, even stripper stripes), and at least one arm tattoo. It was scary when all the girls looked the same, but now the guys too?

Am I the only one distressed over this? Am I crazy?

no girl i totally agree!!! BUT, yeah the but, it is only in Scottsdale. Well that's where i mainly see it. Thank god for the gays we don't follow that crowd we go the other way and by the more edgier styles. Like i have these Russian designer jeans i bought in Minnesota for $200, in gay terms thats a good deal...lol.. but as the were telling me that the designer lived in the city and explained that the material was from japan i was like this is amazing. SO NO GIRL u are NOT CRAZY, IT'S JUST THE FLAT OUT TRUTH!!!!

I can (vaguely) remember the '90s when every guy at Pattie's had the following uniform: denim or plaid J Crew shirt, Levi's Silvertab jeans, braided leather belt, Doc Martens, sideburns. This new look is all a phase too. And a decade from now, they'll all be cloning each other in some other "uniform." Bright side: at least they aren't wearing trucker caps anymore.

ok, so who doesn't love a man in uniform. I can't help but be so turned off by the Scottsdale Regime. Call me crazy, but wasn't Ed Hardy soooo 5 minutes ago? How is it possible that EVERYONE is JUST now jumping on the Hardy boat? Ew!
